I deposited 400 dollars to try out Bovada Live Casino, but found it to be very confusing and not user friendly, so I decided I did not want to use it at all. I lost 100 dollars and decided to withdraw my remaining funds and did the request but then received a notice saying I had to bet all of my funds before I could withdraw any funds!!@ This makes absolutely no sense to me... I have tried to contact Bovada but have heard nothing back. Will get my bank involved with a claim if Bovada refuses to resolve this matter.

Thank you for your patience. The message you received was in regard to our internal Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, which states that you must wager the full amount of your deposited funds before a payout can be processed. Again, this is an AML policy, however considering the circumstances, we will look to have an exception made. We will provide another update within the next 24 hours.
