December 24th, I won a progressive playing 777 Deluxe; December 25th received congratulation emails from Bovada Hosts; December 26th account disabled and withdrawal declined to verify my identity; December 26th send all documents requested; December 27th Bovada followed up for more verification documents which were sent; Bovada confirmed receipt of all documents and the verification team then became unresponsive; Live chat with Bovada several times will not give reason for further delay and account remains disabled; In early January Bovada hosts claimed I did not have an account; Live chat confirms account and wont state reason for delay says to wait; Early January requested call back, promised call in next 24-48 hours no call back in last 6 days; Live chat yesterday receive another congratulations message from Agent, states only notes on account dont state what is causing delay and to wait patiently; Agent will not answer directed questions about the delay. Now, its been 3 weeks and still no reason for delay... account remains disabled to this day and no reasons given.
