I’m really hoping I can get some help here, as this account I made with Bovada is my first ever betting experience and has been a very frustrating one to deal with. I made my account earlier this year and was impressed by how many options there were to bet and how generous the deposit bonuses were. I lost and won some, but overall was enjoying my first few months on the site. Unfortunately just recently I went to log on to my account and got an error message and email from Bovada saying they need my ID, a selfie, proof of address etc. I was a little skeptical given I’ve never dealt with, or been asked anything like this, but proceeded to send them all of that personal info anyways. After waiting almost 4 full weeks, and them confirming they received my info, I went to chat with them and see what the status of my account was and they said there is no update (proof below). It’s been almost exactly a month now since I was able to log in, and haven’t even gotten an explanation as to whats going on. I'm not sure if this is a normal experience, but want to make sure others aren’t treated like I have been. Thanks in advance for any and all help!
