I submitted a withdrawal on the early morning of December 7 2019. I only started playing on this site because friends said they are great and on time with payments. The withdrawal review window is stated as 24-48 hours. After72 hours I asked a rep via chat if there were any updates, to which they said its still being reviewed. After a week, I asked again a chat rep and was told my withdrawal is still under review and that they have 24-48 hours to review it. They said if its been longer than that, then let them know. I emailed and was told they are still within their 24-48 hour window which was false, and so I said it was well over the 48 hour window, and still no response. I contacted Bovada again via chat I was told again yesterday that they have 24-48 hours to review it and once again I stated it was well past that window. The rep just told me my withdraw is under review. The withdraw is for 1000$ via BTC.

The funds have finally been cleared. Case resolved. Their 24-48 hour response time is not accurate, as it is actually 10 days response time in this case.
