Withdrawal put on hold and account disabled with no further information
Hello,
My name is Vaibhav, I started using Bovada to bet on cricket and had good luck, I did a deposit of $150 using Bitcoin and started betting I went up to $1040 and decided to withdraw $1020 as I only bet on weekends. After 24 hrs that withdrawal request didn’t go thru and I received an email saying that my account is under investigation I waited for 48hrs and started contacting bovada regarding an update & it’s been 13 days every time I will get to hear that there is no time frame for investigation. I am concerned now as there is no response from bovada. Will it be possible to get an update I want my account back, please.
