I tried withdrawing 12000 dollars 7 days ago. 2 days later they sent me an email wanting I’d verification. I sent it in right away. Now 6 days later I am getting the same message that they are reviewing the documents and have a back log....they say it only takes 24 to 48 hours to get documents reviewed well it has now been about 150 hours.....I will say I do love bovada it’s the only gambling site I like and there clientele is very friendly and understanding....I guess I’m just disappointed in this unsure wait time...otherwise the site is excellent and customer service are helpful.....but 6 days and counting for a review is a little excessive i believe.

My original account was hacked and this person got my banking info. Not bovada fault ....it happens. The bovada account was disabled for that which is what I wanted. Unfortunately I am an idiot. I created a new account just like I had to with my bank. This was a huge mistake on my part. You cannot have 2 accounts even if one is fully disabled. So I lost 12000 dollars. Bovada is a great site and the customer service is awesome. I did have to wait a little while on the verification process but I do fully understand why now. It’s been a rough month for me with account getting hacked and now losing 12000 in winnings. But in the end this is not bovada fault. This is my fault. So I end this by saying bovada is a great site ...the only one I will use and there customer service is excellent. If you don’t break the rules you will be fine .
