Withdrawal Delayed over 30 plus Hours with NO resolution
I have been a loyal Bovada customer for over 4 years, with a solid history of more than $100,000 in deposits and withdrawals, all of which have been processed seamlessly in the past. As a Red Room Hall of Fame VIP, I have always followed the platform's rules and have never encountered an issue until now.
On [4/12/2025], I requested a withdrawal of $9,500. Over the course of the past 12 hours, I have been consistently told that my withdrawal was "under review" and advised to wait 24–48 hours. However, after waiting beyond the typical processing time, I felt it necessary to reduce my withdrawal amount to $4,300 due to the lack of progres and wanting to continue enjoying my entertainment here. Despite this adjustment, my funds have still not been released.

I also use Litecoin (LTC) for withdrawals specifically because it has always been processed within 15 minutes in the past, making it a reliable and fast option. However, despite using this method, my current withdrawal has seen no progress after more than 30+ hours. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed that other users who placed withdrawal requests after mine this morning an HOUR AGO have already received their funds, further proving that the claim of "first come, first served" is not being honored. This is unacceptable, and it only adds to my frustration with Bovada's handling of my account.
When I reached out to Bovada support, I was dismissed and informed that only my specific host could address the matter. However, my host was unavailable for hours, and I was not offered an alternative solution or a way to escalate the issue. The support agents then abruptly ended the conversation, without any resolution or explanation.
It seems that Bovada is intentionally stalling this process, and I am growing increasingly frustrated. As a long-standing, high-tier player, I expect my withdrawal to be processed promptly and fairly. The behavior I am experiencing feels unjust, and it is causing unnecessary delays in accessing my funds.
Normally I would support the platform, as I promote it regularly across 2.4million subscribers and 100-1500 regular stream viewers daily, however, this is definitely making me reconsider ever promoting them again.
I am requesting immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that my funds are released as soon as possible. If this situation is not addressed in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and public review platforms. Not a threat at all, but a safety measure for me, the customer, just like they have 2FA for customers for safety, the same applies in this case for myself.

In a normal day, I would say they are one of the best, this is the FIRST time in 3-4 years that it has EVER taken more than 45 minutes to get processed.
