Withdrawal Delayed over 30 plus Hours with NO resolution

I have been a loyal Bovada customer for over 4 years, with a solid history of more than $100,000 in deposits and withdrawals, all of which have been processed seamlessly in the past. As a Red Room Hall of Fame VIP, I have always followed the platform's rules and have never encountered an issue until now.

On [4/12/2025], I requested a withdrawal of $9,500. Over the course of the past 12 hours, I have been consistently told that my withdrawal was "under review" and advised to wait 24–48 hours. However, after waiting beyond the typical processing time, I felt it necessary to reduce my withdrawal amount to $4,300 due to the lack of progres and wanting to continue enjoying my entertainment here. Despite this adjustment, my funds have still not been released.

I also use Litecoin (LTC) for withdrawals specifically because it has always been processed within 15 minutes in the past, making it a reliable and fast option. However, despite using this method, my current withdrawal has seen no progress after more than 30+ hours. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed that other users who placed withdrawal requests after mine this morning an HOUR AGO have already received their funds, further proving that the claim of "first come, first served" is not being honored. This is unacceptable, and it only adds to my frustration with Bovada's handling of my account.

When I reached out to Bovada support, I was dismissed and informed that only my specific host could address the matter. However, my host was unavailable for hours, and I was not offered an alternative solution or a way to escalate the issue. The support agents then abruptly ended the conversation, without any resolution or explanation.

It seems that Bovada is intentionally stalling this process, and I am growing increasingly frustrated. As a long-standing, high-tier player, I expect my withdrawal to be processed promptly and fairly. The behavior I am experiencing feels unjust, and it is causing unnecessary delays in accessing my funds.
Normally I would support the platform, as I promote it regularly across 2.4million subscribers and 100-1500 regular stream viewers daily, however, this is definitely making me reconsider ever promoting them again.
I am requesting immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure that my funds are released as soon as possible. If this situation is not addressed in a timely manner, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and public review platforms. Not a threat at all, but a safety measure for me, the customer, just like they have 2FA for customers for safety, the same applies in this case for myself.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift resolution. In a normal day, I would say they are one of the best, this is the FIRST time in 3-4 years that it has EVER taken more than 45 minutes to get processed. And it seems like I am the ONLY one affected which raises concern. If there’s an issue please reach out to me directly with a resolution, as I have always done my absolute best to follow policies and procedures and genuinely want to be the best customer I can for you guys, but I need help when there’s issues like this, not dismissal by normal level customer support.

I referred new and legitimate people:

I will cease all activities with your site from here on out over a lousy 4100 you stole from me, and make sure it’s publicly known and aware that yall stole from a high level player as well as a public figure that advertises your site.
You guys literally BEGGED me to take affiliate ship. You offered a 1.5million dollar contract to make an ad saying you guys are the best out there, lol what a joke. Why would I do that when at least stake.us pays their players respectively when they win.

You guys unlawfully stole 4100 from me. I followed ALL terms and conditions to a T. I made sure 4 times. I referred NEW and ongoing players who are now hesitant to play on your platform because you stole from me. At least I got my 50k win I kept in play though, thank god yall couldn’t steal that too. I demand the immediate relinquishing of my 4100 that was confiscated or I would like actual tangible PROOF that I “broke” the “terms and conditions” of your site. If you do not provide valid evidence as I have shown evidence above for MY case, then you automatically are forfeiting this case and I will be the winner and demand that the funds be put BACK into my account.
I will also notate this across 2.4 MILLION ACTIVE subscribers on our channel and over 1,000 current bovada players will be deleting and closing their accounts. I will take this to a lawyer in your jurisdiction as well, and make sure for the rest of its life Bovada has the WORST reputation on the market.

Where is the proof I broke any term at all? Just “claiming” I broke a term, doesn’t qualify that holds as “hear say” and “speculation” I. The court of law, and will not hold up when I sue you for a multi million dollar settlement.

Bovada Account Disabled and Verification Pending for Over 10 Days With No Updates
My Bovada account was disabled on May 20, 2026.

Shortly after my account was disabled, I received a verification request from Bovada. As soon as I received the email, I submitted all requested documents, including:

1. Front and back copies of my government issued ID
2. A photo of myself holding my ID next to my face
3. A full page proof of address document dated within the last 60 days

I submitted all of these documents immediately and have fully cooperated with the verification process.

It has now been more than 10 days since I submitted the requested documents, and I have not received any update regarding the status of my verification or my account. I have contacted Bovada for an update, but I have not received any meaningful information about when the review will be completed.

In addition, there is approximately $11,000 currently in my account balance. Because of the significant amount of funds being held while the verification review remains pending, I am increasingly concerned about the lack of communication and the extended delay.

I would also like to clarify that the address on my Bovada account matches the address shown on the internet bill I submitted as proof of address. However, the address on my driver's license is different, as it has not yet been updated. Despite this, I provided all requested documentation immediately and have fully cooperated with the verification process.

I understand that verification reviews may take some time. However, I believe that more than 10 days without any update is unreasonable, especially considering that all requested documents were submitted immediately.

I am requesting that Bovada provide an update on the status of my verification review and, if everything has been successfully verified, restore access to my account as soon as possible.

Hello,

I wrote this formal complaint on 3-15-26 after escalating over $3,000 of confiscated funds taken away from my account respectfully and was told by Bovada's dispute complaint department a response would be had no later than 10 business days, yet here we are roughly 90 days later and to no avail/no response period! This despite several attempts to resolve 5-30-26.

Formal Dispute of Refer-a-Friend Confiscation

To Whom It May Concern,

I am formally disputing the confiscation of over $3,000 from my Bovada account related to an alleged Refer-a-Friend violation. But no specific clause or term has been identified.

My referral is a legitimate, separate individual who does not live with me and has never used the same device, or Wi-Fi network.

Despite requesting clarification, Bovada has not identified the specific clause in the Terms of Service or Refer-a-Friend program that was allegedly violated.

Please provide the following:

The exact section of the Terms & Conditions that was violated

The evidence used to determine this violation


The justification for confiscating both my winnings and my referral deposit

If no specific contractual violation can be identified, I respectfully request that my funds be reinstated immediately.Winnings and my original referral deposit. Or please escalate to your investigations department for formal review. Lastly

If necessary, I will escalate this matter through formal dispute channels and public complaint services if to no avail.

My account remains open and fully operable yet Bovada confiscated my deposits and winnings, despite again my several attempts to receive clarification of so called violation of “refer a friend”terms .
