On December 3, 2024, I tried to withdraw an estimated $3,000 of my winnings.
My account was flagged for verification. I proceeded to submit all requested documents on December 4, 2024.
My documents were successfully received on December 15, 2024 way much longer than the 24-48 hour advertised time frame.
Today as of January 6, 2025, I have still yet to be able to login to my account.
I have sent numerous emails and numerous chat now emails. No one has yet helped me and every representative is saying the same thing “You will recieve an email once the documents are approved”.
This is horrible communication and horrible customer service.
