Winnings after stop payment 10 15 buisness days have not been credited back to me
I won $1025 using the casino in Bovada and I withdrew using the check option.
I received the check but I had trouble depositing it with my Bank, so I contacted Bovada support and they told me they could issue my stop payment and it would be credited to my account all I have to do is write void on both sides of the check and send it to them.
I submitted the pictures and they later emailed my account and told me on March 9th they had accepted the process and it would be minus $40 and removal of the check by courier option in the future.
Fast forward to to 12 business days later I then contacted support again and they told me it would be any day and if after the 10-15 days were up to contact them, which I did, and support told me that they submit to the team and just giving me the run around when I really just need my winnings.
