Bovada Casino - Will not allow me to withdraw my funds

Bovada will not allow me to withdraw $1300 I have in my account. They're telling me they can't send me a check and bitcoin is my only option. I do not have a bitcoin account. The Bovada website clearly states that "check by courier" is an available withdraw option. I used the check by courier option last year when I made a withdraw and there were no issues. So after several emails - one of which said they could process my check by courier withdrawal ( which was denied by a subsequent email) and a phone call to speak with a supervisor, Bovada customer service told me that they cant give me my money. BEWARE and do not use Bovada anymore!

If you need assistance with getting your funds withdrawn, you can contact customer service and they'll be able to walk you through requesting the payout via bitcoin.
