On December 7th, 2022, my Bovada account was disabled due to suspicious activity? This occurred right after I submit a request for a withdrawal. Now i contact customer service as per requested when I try to log into my account. Now when I contact customer service, they tell me that they are no relation with the investigation team.
Then when I ask how to contact the investigation team, they tell me there is no number or email to contact the investigation team? They tell me to wait for an email with updates and it's been 12 days now and I have not received a single piece of information regarding my situation.
I don't know what to do for my next step. I have over $400 in my account unable to access and everything I've read makes me feel as if my account is banned and they are ignoring any email I try to send them. Ive been a member with this site for over 6 years and I've got no help from them. Maybe this can change that.
