I requested a withdraw from Bovada on Monday, was asked to verify my credit card, I submitted the files immediately after, 2 days later I got a response saying I needed to resubmit some files, so I did again immediately and also called customer service to make sure this time all the files required were submitted. It has been 4 days since my last submission and a week for the entire process. I haven't heard anything back from Bovada. I called the customer service 4 times and received standard response every time. I have a lot of money in my account, I hope Bovada can look into this issue. I have been cooperative throughout the process, Bovada should be more responsive, especially since my latest email was to respond to an open thread.
