I honestly do not know where to begin, I want to say my patience is being tested to the max, I’ve did numerous research & everything I’ve played on bovada for over 4 years and already withdrawn up to tens of thousands so it was very odd after I deposit a good amount of bitcoin on my account and winning a couple of games they decided to hit my account with “verify me” which I entered all my documents and it told me it successfully verified me.. I’m guessing couple of minutes later I get a email stating my docs need to be sent through email to their specific verification team which I did, the first email docs were sent at June 25th, it is currently July 15th.. & was told to wait 24-48hrs for this process to be finish mine you I have 90,000$ in my account sitting this is real life too it just don’t make no sense how my patience is being tested it’s no explanation on what I’m waiting for. It honestly feel like they never going to reach out about money that I went ahead and deposited into the account and end up winning extra funds.

Mark this case as resolved as I’ve been receiving my money incremental with no headaches, no longer able to play moving forward but that’s fine with me as long as I got my 91,000$ off of the account.

Rest assured.. I want to mark this case as partially resolved as we’re actually making progress, I was told that I was able to login to my account to withdraw funds, but closing relationships with me which I find understandable which I said as long I am able to withdraw my money we can proceed on closing the account so therefore as long as these funds hit my Bitcoin wallet we can fully mark this case as resolved I really want to say I feel as if this askgamblers site really assisted on getting me the help that I needed with my case.
