I am beyond frustrated with the Bovada verification team. It has been 3 weeks. Within these 3 weeks I have not been updated once despite the 13 emails I have sent out asking for any sort of update on my account. I am sitting on it having $2200. The terms and conditions clearly states that if you are willing to provide the documentation you will be verified. It should take at most 48 hours and I am getting close to sitting on this for a month.
I provided reasoning and said I was willing to comply and provide all verifiable documents they asked for and I did so. Not a single word. No one has been able to help me in any way. It should not take 3 weeks to get a verification completed. I am beyond frustrated and don’t think I want to use Bovada moving forward.
Please resolve this case immediately as I am beyond upset and feeling tied up. This has been a horrible experience and this would have been my first withdrawal!

So it is very much possible to make sure you are ensuring you respond back within the 96 hours they provide on here to ensure a positive score.
I am able to now receive the same automated messages from the verification team now that I am emailing in every day requesting status update.
But not at any moment am I able to receive a direct and concise update. There are background checks that come back sooner than this verification process. This is a month long process and I am in the middle of relocating.
Bovada has been able to update my information; so that I can “verify” myself accordingly with no issue in the chat but it’s not sufficient enough to grant me access back to my funds and account? I unfortunately will be consistent on requesting every day moving forward because this is unacceptable from a customer service perspective especially with money being locked up.

I am still very much frustrated. I submitted my documentation through chat (verified) but Agent is unable to do anything but state that the information is correct.
Thank you for escalating but what happened to my other emails I sent in numerous times? I finally received an email 48 hours ago stating the documents were received. I even doubled down to send the documents one more time and thanking them for just the notification this time.
It has been 48 hours and still not verified on top of the coming up on a month I have been waiting. This has been extremely frustrating and feeling completely helpless has been the worst part of it. I hope this is resolved within the next day or so or else this will hands down be the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I appreciate the communication on here but it really should be done with the team and feel properly worked through.
