Firstly, I’m writing here because I did try getting response through emails, calls and online chats that you offer, which is great but the only reason why I’m unhappy is the timelines aren’t met.
I’d be happy to share my problem here. Firstly, they asked me to verification documents to their email. After waiting for 72 hours, I get a response saying that some of the documents couldn’t be found. I made a call to them and told them regarding how I made a PDF file and attached everything to it. They cross checked with the finance department and everything seemed in place and had all my documents correctly.
But it’s been a week since then and whenever I try reaching out to them I simply get the general response of receiving them in order they were received
It’s a great experience playing at bovada but please serve your timelines better. Look forward to better service.
