Hi. I have my bovada account over 2 years. I have been playing occasionally. I used my etherium wallet for depositing and withdrawals and never had any issues before. Recently i was trying to withdraw my money and they asked for ID verification. I sent them my passport, my visa holding up next to my face,sent 3 bank statements from march proofing my address and a recent letter from healthcare. My visa is expired, but i signed up when it was already expired and so many deposits and some withdrawals without any issue.They decided to disable my account for investigation even though i sent the requested documents. I have $7,500.01 in my account and it has been 4-5 days I’m not getting any response. I deposited around 4,500$ from that amount( it was 4 or 5 deposits) I can proof my deposits because i was using my etherium wallet. Every time i connect the live chat they’re just saying my funds are safe and i just need to wait. I have been mailing them but so far no response to my mails. I have a fear I’ll never get a response from them.

I just received my funds. Thank you bovada for your understanding and support. I’m telling you guys if you still thinking if this site is legal or no, i guarantee from my experience they are awesome and will try to understand you in any situation if it’s understandable. Thanks again. I wish all the best for bovada and his customers. You guys are awesome. Play responsibily. Thank you. My issue is resolved.

Hi.i just want to let you know that i was just talking to a Bovada supervisor. My account will not be enabled, because of some reasons that i totally understand and agree but they asked for my bitcoin vallet and told me my funds will be arriving in the next 24-48 hours. I want to tell everyone that this site is NOT a scam and they are very friendly and will help you out unless you did something really unacceptable. If they wanted They had the reason to reject at least some of my withdrawal, but they are the best. Thanks again everyone. I’ll let you know when I receive my funds.
