I placed a withdrawal request of $2000 on 16th Sep to receive money as Bitcoin Cash. I received a mail to submit my documents and I submitted within 5 minutes in zip format (2 pdfs in the folder). I received below email from bovada.
"We want to let you know that emails are replied to in the order that we receive them; therefore, it may take 24 – 48 hours for us to verify your information"
I did wait for 48 hours and followed up. Team informed that we cant commit and it might take more time. I had no option but to wait. I did
Surprisingly I received a mail on 20th that "We received your email, however, we are unable to download your documents due to invalid file format." Either bovada verification team don't know how to unzip a folder and read the files or this mail was just to buy unnecessary more time. I instantly sent the same documents again without zipping on same day.
Its been 3 days now and I have not received any update. I just tried to connect support team over chat and they straight forward informed that it will take time. Thanks for contacting.

If you check the Blockchain for this transaction, you'll see the total amount of BCH sent to your address on the 25th as well as the value in USD at that time, which was greater than the $2000 you had requested. It's possible that you were changed fees at your exchange which resulted in a $13 discrepancy.
