I submitted a withdrawal for $9500 and Bovada disabled my account and said the had to investigate my account. I sent them my ID, copies of my credit card front and back and the credit card authorization form. After couple days I get a message that says “Hello Howard We are contacting you in regards to your account. While conducting an investigation, it was found that your account is linked to a number of accounts that were involved in a breach of our Player Agreement. Due to this breach of our Player Agreement, we have decided to permanently disable your account as we have deemed you to be too large of a security risk for us to continue doing business with. We ask that you refrain from opening any further accounts. Discovery of any accounts opened by you or for you will result in immediate termination of your account and us seizing all funds. This decision was made after careful consideration of all the facts and we judge this decision to be final. Regards, Bovada Security.” This is complete ridiculous since I have no close of what they are even talking about. I’m shaking so badly right now typing this. How can some company take someone’s money like this and giving a completely false and made up reasoning. I NEED HELP and the only thing I know to do is to submit a complaint with you guys at ASK GAMBLERS!!!
