$700 in deposits never posted to my account
In November 2022, I tried to deposit on 3 occasions with my debit card to Bovada in the amounts of $300, $200, and $200. Each time, the transaction supposedly "failed" but I was still charged for the amounts plus the service fee. These charged never dropped from my statement.
After raising this issue with the support team and sending a bank statement showing the charges, Bovada dismissed my claim, wrongly claiming that the dates didn't match up. This is ridiculous because the charge for $300 on my statement matches the same date (11/15) as the failed deposit. The other two charges on my statement show up the day after the failed deposit (it is common for charges to remain pending for a day or two before posting to a statement). I know these are Bovada charges because the amounts correspond with failed deposits and they come from international processing names like FIMIANDFEYICOLLECTIONS GBAGADA NG. The 11.15 charge showed up immediately after the failed transaction, the others took a day or so longer.
So disappointed with Bovada and their customer service! I want a real response and remedy for this issue. I'm loyal to the site but this scenario is making me look elsewhere.
