I m a very loyal customer to bovada. I been with them for at least 4+ years. My account level is in Legend 1( Very high rated profile). I m a very regular customer played some thousands of dollars every month for the last 4 years. On July 5th I played hard at bovada and made $19000. I did start a withdrawal of $6800. Then they immediately disabled my account. Saying my account is under investigation. Every time I call them , the customer service team I will get a reply in 24-48 hours. It’s been a month and still no update. When I have any issue to deposit , not one at least 5 members call to help me in depositing. But when you request for a withdrawal, nobody cares! This is not fair.
