I’ve been under review since May 4th, I sent in documents several times and I can’t get any help, can you please help me into my account, I haven’t abused anything. Every agent is telling me something different. I’ve sent in driver license, student id, temporary driver license because I lost my documents in a house fire while going through this, I’ve sent in proof of addresses and selfies multiple times. There’s no reason for this hold. I have $4200 in my account.
