On 9/5/20 I attempted to withdraw $650 from my BOVADA account to crypto, shortly after I received a email saying my withdrew was in process and would be done so on 9/9/20 and that it may take 24-48 hrs for the transaction to take place today’s date is 9/15/20 and still no $. Shortly after that I received a email about my account status urging me to contact them only to find out my account had been disabled. Attempted to chat with them which seemed very automated and not helpful and also attempted to email them but was met with the same automation responses. VERY UPSET with the way they are handling my situation.
