I have been with Bovada for roughly 6 years!
I went to update my profile to change my number and it kept sending a verification to my old number which I don't have. Makes sense, however when I called customer service it was going well until I was put on hold. Then I'm told I answered my security questions right then the person stumbled and kept saying I answered one wrong which I did not! I felt like they were coming up with an excuse to temporarily disable my account.. When asked it my funds were secured she said yes there is nothing to worry about! However it sounded fishy!
I've made withdrawals several times and submitted proof of identity etc... I've been reading that people have been scammed multiple times out of their funds and account. This just seems wrong!
@askgamblers please help me resolve this issue I have done nothing wrong. I recently won $45,271 and I've deposited thousands and thousands of dollars over a 6 plus year spand.
