Almost 6 months ago I won over 3000$ in bets on bovado. When I went to withdraw they locked my account and said I needed to verify and send documents. I sent all the required documents and they sent an email thanking me for doing so and said my account is under review. Well it’s been nearly 6 months and I still haven’t received an update. I’ve talked to multiple customer service reps and they all give the same answer that they can’t give an update and see the account is still under review. Well what investigation takes 6 months to review when the person sent all required documents? So that is the issue I’m facing

Hello I have still not received an update. In June 2025you guys sent an email that said y’all received all the required documents needed to verify my account and it’s been six months and I have still not received an update. it’s no way any investigation should take over 6 months when y’all notified that yall received the required documents. At this point yall can keep the account I just want my funds I requested to withdraw at least!!
