I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the issues with my Bovada account. On Jun 8th my account was placed under review with no explanation as to why. My account was in good standing, and after depositing funds and winning several bets my balanced reached $4800 approximately. I verified my account days prior as required but shortly after placing a few more bets, my account suddenly got disabled. Since then I have reached out to their chat numerous times and have not received any updates or resolutions. I am requesting an immediate review of my account status and a prompt resolution to tis matter. I have followed all procedures and compiled with all your verification requirements, and I believe my account should be reinstated without further delay. Additionally I would like to ensure that my deposits and winnings are deposited and funds are secured.

It has been 10 days since my initial account closure and I still don't have any update. oppose to the same copy and paste email that everyone receives. Is there any detailed information that you can provide. If not I would like to withdraw my funds.
