I requested a $75 payment from Bovada a stunning 10 days ago. On the third day after requesting a withdrawal, I reached out to Bovada's customer service to see if there is anything else I need to do. I even volunteered to send in my ID verification to them, so that step is already done, and they told me to not do that and it wasn't necessary (I'm certain it is, but that will be a different complaint). The customer service rep also told me it doesn't normally take three days and to give them one more day. I actually waited another three days before contacting them on the seventh day. This time, I received an email simply stating that it is still in review. I just reached out to customer service for the third time, since this is the tenth day, and they told me the wait was because of a long queue. A 10-day-plus queue? This is beyond ridiculous.
