Bovada Casino - Ten Days and Counting to Receive Payment

I requested a $75 payment from Bovada a stunning 10 days ago. On the third day after requesting a withdrawal, I reached out to Bovada's customer service to see if there is anything else I need to do. I even volunteered to send in my ID verification to them, so that step is already done, and they told me to not do that and it wasn't necessary (I'm certain it is, but that will be a different complaint). The customer service rep also told me it doesn't normally take three days and to give them one more day. I actually waited another three days before contacting them on the seventh day. This time, I received an email simply stating that it is still in review. I just reached out to customer service for the third time, since this is the tenth day, and they told me the wait was because of a long queue. A 10-day-plus queue? This is beyond ridiculous.

I have since reduced the amount, so I have to wait another 24-48 hours. That doesn't explain the long wait the first time around, but we'll see what happens this time.

This complaint has been reopened as per Bovada Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.

We understand the urgency and apologize for the delays. However, after investing your transaction history, I can see that the withdrawal in question was later canceled, and the funds played through by yourself.

Please be in aware that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Rejected upon player's inactivity and it will be closed accordingly.
