I have been using the Bovada platform for the past week and have won roughly $26,000. They allowed a withdrawal of $8,000 but now they have suspended my account with the remaining $18,000. I received an email asking to call them ASAP, which I did. The Bovada rep stated my account was suspended but could not tell me why. She claims she attempted to reach out to their finance department but was unsuccessful. Bovada rep then stated someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Does this sound normal? All verification process' were competed when I signed up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
