Seized $1400 in funds and disabled my account
I had my account disabled and then funds seized. To start the issue, I attempted to login and was shown a message about my account being disabled. I called and was told I needed to send in verification. I very quickly sent in the documentation that was asked. I received another email requesting additional information and I sent that information in quickly as well. I later received another email stating my information has been verified. Attempted to login and still had a disabled account, a few hours later I was sent another email. This email stated that I had broken the following terms of service, "3.2 Single Account Access", "4.7 Uncollected or reversed deposits", "6.2 Fraudulent Activity". I called support again on the issue and was told that my account was close and my funds were seized. I asked for how those broken terms of service were applicable to me since they were not and I had broken no terms of service and was told I would not be given any information. The Bovada rep told me that the reasoning was straightforward, and was rude throughout the call. I asked again for how those terms were applicable and was met again with no help and rude remarks. Bovada has stolen $1400 dollars of mine, $500 of which was the original deposit and $900 which I have won. I have broken no terms of service and had my account wrongly terminated.
