Absolutely insane! After putting holds on my account every 10 days and requiring me to call in and remain on hold for hours, I finally decided to close the account and withdraw the remaining funds. The withdraw was request was made and that's when the real trouble started. I have been on hold for over 12 hours over the last three weeks. Nobody who answers can address the "account" questions and always needs to get a hold of account representative that are NEVER available. They promise return calls that never come. Then I suddenly receive emails stating that "at your request, your withdraw request has been cancelled." This is is the most dishonest and disreputable company imaginable. Their tactic of deny, deny, deny reminds me of the Eddie Murphy bit about denying responsibility in the face of overwhelming evidence of cheating. It's just not funny!
