Bovada Casino - Refer a friend violation Zero proof no explanation

Been a member of bovada for almost 5 years. Hall of Fame red room. Etc. on Sept 29th I submitted a withdraw for 1500 dollars. With a balance left of about 2800. Never had any issues before. Within an hour, they disabled my account. Investigations sent an email. And I was in limbo for about two weeks. Minimal contact with anyone at bovada. No one knew anything. Today 10/10. I don't even get an email. I message support to see and they inform me that the investigation is completed, they have removed my ability to refer friends and also confiscated my winnings. 4,306.59. Every.Single. Penny. I patiently waited for that for almost two weeks. And poof. I got zero explanations. Saw zero evidence. This is just unreal. I want my money, and I want to know what I did wrong. This casino has gotten tens of thousands from me. And this is what happens. The fact they took all of t is what gets me the most. So my complaint, is a warning to other patrons. Be careful. I just wish they would have met my 1500 withdraw go through. No email from investigations. No contact at all. In my history there I have caused zero issues . Please help. Pics attached.
