I’ve put in a request for $500 on Jan.17 Which was a 2-3 day review process. 3 days went by and they need verification process another 2-3 days. Called the 23rd and each day after. Only response I’m getting is we have documents be patient. It’s January 27th. Don’t under why the account is disable for withdrawal request. It’s been a week and half, would like to continue gaming.

I understand that you claim you found evidence of violations but at this point your only naming violations that your CLAIMING I broke. You need to provide what was found, which was nothing, as stated in the email all you did was send a list.
