I have inquired about a concern with being over charged on my deposits in the past and was told it was a “ currency” charge or exchange with my bank. I INQUIRED IN July about this issue and was told it was a currency exchange issue, but I recently took time and looked at ALL of my deposits and have noticed the amounts I was actually charged are +/- $1-8 than what is reflected on my Bovada account. I asked Bovada to email me my deposit history, which I received right away. I added a column showing what I was actually charged compared to what Bovada said I was to be charged, and a column showing the difference between the two. I also attached all of my banks statements supporting the information I have provided showing over charging my card. the information is numerous charges that total approximately $518 in overcharges. i have sent the email and attachments to Bovada more than 10 times in the last week and a half, I even responded to numerous test email they sent me, and they claim none of my emails have been received, which I find hard to believe. it seems the only way they address any of these issues is on your website.
