No Response To Verification Email
On 4-19-25 I was logged into my Bovada account, and I initiated a live support chat to get them to change my phone number, because I had changed phone providers and gotten a new phone number. I provided my PIN, email and birthdate for verification. But when they asked me the amount of my last deposit, I wasn't sure, and I didn't think about just looking under the transactions tab. Instead, I went to my blockchain wallet and looked at the last amount I sent. That amount was wrong, and the support agent told me I would have to email a copy of my driver's license and a picture of me holding my driver's license to verification@bovada.lv. I sent that email on 4-19 and no one has responded. I have sent follow-up emails and made contact through live support and the X account, but no one has been able to help me. I also sent an email to [email protected] over 48 hours ago. At this point I would be happy to just be able to get my funds off of the site. It's only a little over $200 on there. I am beyond frustrated and irritated at their lack of response and total disregard to a longtime customer who has definitely lost a lot more than I have won. I will be glad when I live in a state with regulated sites that I can dependably count on to treat their customers appropriately. Unfortunately, I have been stuck using Bovada for a long time and I have had enough. So, if they are going to disable my account and not respond to my emails verifying that I am who I say I am, then all I can consider them at this point is thieves who can't be trusted and shouldn't be allowed to conduct business with honest people.
