No response from verification team
Hello,
I am filing this complaint because I have been unable to withdraw my winnings of $1,000 from my Bovada account due to ongoing verification issues.
• I attempted to make a withdrawal and noticed that my phone number on file was incorrect. When I tried to update it, my account was deactivated.
• I was instructed to send identity verification documents to the provided email address, which I did immediately. I received no response.
• After two days, I contacted live chat support. They recommended I resend the documents, which I have now done four separate times over the course of more than a week.
• Despite following all instructions and submitting clear, valid documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, etc.), I have not received a single reply from Bovada’s verification department.
• Live chat support continues to tell me to resend documents, but I never receive confirmation that they were received or processed.
This has been extremely frustrating as I have complied fully with Bovada’s requests, yet my account remains restricted and my funds remain inaccessible. I am only asking to verify my account properly and withdraw my legitimate winnings.
I am asking for your help to push this towards Bovada’s verification team that way I can access my 1000$.
