On September 22, 2024, I deposited $200 into my account. After winning $300, I attempted to withdraw a total of $500. However, my withdrawal has been stuck due to verification issues.
Initially, I completed a verification process when I created my account. Recently, Bovada requested that I verify my address again using a proof of address. I provided the necessary documents (Proof of address & Selfie with your ID) but they later specified that I also need to submit a US government-issued ID, although when I asked their customer chat and in their first email they didn't specify a US ID but later they did for no apparent reason.
Despite sending the required documents again, I continue to receive the same request for verification without any resolution to my withdrawal.
