My account was disabled on August 1st,
I went to make a withdrawal of 2600. I was then sent an email stating that I needed to verify, which I did right away and was approved. Not even an hour later my account was disabled staying someone else had similar info as mine and needed more documentation.
So I sent proof of address, and they said I needed another one. I sent my water bill they said not good enough. So I sent an internet bill and told them I couldn't keep sending all my personal information. So finally two weeks later they sent an email stating they received all my documentation.
Now here it is day 42 and I still can't get a response. I contacted them every day and they all told me the same thing. Why does it take almost two months to see that everything is legit on this end?
I normally use my bookie but was recommended BOVADA. I even did a selfie with my license. At this point, I just want my money and go elsewhere.
