Hello,
I won some matches back in March.
On 3-19-2024, my account was disabled.
I got an email saying, Your account has been disabled, please submit documents.
On 3-20-2024, I submitted the requested documents and was told I will be emailed back with an update.
It has now been over 40 days and I am not getting any help. I contact support everyday, ask to speak with a supervisor. They provide me with the same exact response, " We are sorry but we have no updates at this current time, please look for one if your email."
This is unbelievable and I need help
