I had $3000+ dollars in my account as of Sunday evening. I tried to make a withdrawal to my checking account and woke up to a message indicating my withdrawal was declined. Since then I tried to contact customer service to help but they disabled my account because they said my DOB was incorrect after I verified it 3 times and gave them multiple other forms of verification. I was even recommended to send in my drivers license and photo and I did. Still my account remains disabled with over $3000 in it. This has been such a headache. All I want to do is make a withdrawal and be done. Someone please help.
