Missing Winnings
On April 19th, I was playing Pandas Go Wild and hit the bonus on $2 a spin. I revealed 100x + 5x + ? (I didn't see the last number) and then received an error message and was made to reload. When I reloaded, the game session was gone and I was unable to get back into it. The money was NOT added to my account balance (My balance was $219 when I hit the bonus).
I contacted customer service multiple times, and was told many different things -- restart my computer, clear my cache/data, try different browsers, try incognito. I tried all these things and none of them worked, so now I am missing over $210 worth of winnings (more depending on what the last number was). In 6 days, it will have been an ENTIRE MONTH since my win, and When I write customer service, at first they do not know what I am talking about, and then they tell me there is no update.
I am also very disappointed in the way I was treated by customer service. In the terms and conditions on Bovada's site, it says that game play is never lost, but it appears mine has been. I have been a loyal player for many years, and have NEVER had an issue before.
I have included multiple screenshots of my conversations with customer service.
While I do think that this was a software issue, and not an "intentional scam", I think Bovada has handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner.
