Attempted to withdraw 9500$ from my account and was asked to verify my identity. I send in a picture of my drivers and it’s been over 2 weeks now with no contact at all from bovado. I email them 3 days ago and read that someone will respond to me within 24/48 hours and that time has passed. I need bovado to give me some type of update about my account

With all due respect, I don't appreciate this canned response. Is it that you don't care about your consumers enough to be humane with us? You had no issue accepting our deposit. transaction was smooth as butter but because I won, now you have to figure out a way how not to pay???
