On June 28, I tried to update my phone number so I could withdraw my winnings at that time. They said I had given the wrong phone number and they locked my account. I have continuously tried to contact them. I have also sent them the documents they have requested they continue to send me the same email and ask for the same documents that I keep sending them. I would really like my account unlocked and I need to know what I need to do to get it done because customer service through Bovada will not help me. They keep telling me it’s gonna take 24 to 72 hours but it’s been over a month.
