Before I begin get into the complaint, I would like to stating that my overall experience with Bovada has been pleasant and would highly recommend this sports book.
My issue is solely to address what many would consider extreme in terms of the time taken to investigate accounts. I do realize thousand of customers are subjected to these reviews and that these things can take some time but I believe many would agree that weeks on end is excessive.
On September 26th my account was disabled for review and I, like many, was given an investigation timeframe of 24-48 hours. I am almost 2 weeks in without any updates. I have sent in requested documentations and have awaited a responses to no avail.
Bovada, please address this matter at your earliest as it would be greatly appreciated.
