Hello, my name is < username removed >,and I recently won 1500 on bovada slots.I used my own money without any bonuses. My account was verified a few months ago when I opened this account at bovada. I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal on October 10,2024 at approximately 1:16pm. I have several emails to and from bovada customer service. They told me that my account looks good and I should receive my withdrawal request within 24-48 hours. Today is October 12,2024 at approximately 4:33 and my withdrawal is still pending. Bovadas last email explained to me that My withdrawal request should be processed soon but they still have not explained to me why it is still pending after the 48 hours. This is very frustrating because they accept my money when I make a deposit but now they won't release my withdrawal... thank you so much.
