My account with bovada has been disabled with a balance of $4979. Upon disable I was asked to provide a copy of my ID, a selfie while holding my ID next to my face and as well a document for proof of address and I submitted all of these documents the very best day (February 15-16) and I was informed that this review would only take up to 24-48 hours and that I would receive a response via email in that time, I waited patiently and re ieved nothing, I returned to their chat service to inform them that I had received nothing via email and they only told me to wait another 24-48 hours...and the same thing happened all over again, then a 3rd time until they got to a point of telling me there is no time frame for this issue and now 2 full months have gone by that this account has been disabled and I have received no funds, no call, no help....I wrote them again today (4/13/25) and still no help

Thank you for the response, I apologize that I missed that call but I don't recall it ever coming neither am I seeing any unknown numbers in my call log....I had written you all on your live chat to inform your company that I Believe you were not calling my phone number and I submitted a number where I can be reached at as well as the time I can be contacted I await you call still....

So a full 3 days have come to past since the last time I wrote and I still have received no call to complete the withdrawal process from Bovada, it seems I am in the same position I started with the wait time of no definite time...I have been informed I will receive a withdrawal but no time on when that will actually come
