Identity verification delay and funds locked
My Bovada account was locked on November 10, 2025, at approximately 10:00 AM Pacific Time. I immediately submitted all requested identity verification documents 30 minutes later to the Bovada verification email address.
Since that moment, I have received no confirmation, no update, and no indication that my documents were received or reviewed. My account remains fully locked, and Bovada is preventing me from accessing $3,000 of my own funds.
I have contacted Bovada support multiple times. Every response is the same: “your account is under review.” It has now been far longer than the publicly stated 24–48 hour verification timeframe Bovada advertises. No one from the verification or financial services team has contacted me, and no status has been provided.
I have fully complied with everything Bovada requested. However, I have been left without access to my money, without communication, and without any legitimate explanation for the delay. This is unacceptable and extremely concerning.
I am requesting that Bovada:
1. Confirm receipt of my identity documents,
2. Immediately complete the verification process, and
3. Restore my access to my locked $3,000 balance.
I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in escalating this matter to Bovada’s verification/financial services department, as standard customer support has not resolved the issue.
