Hello, a few days ago I had completed my play through bonus with BOVADA and decided I would like to withdraw 2.1k from my account. I was super excited because I had been doing pretty well betting on sports games and had been seeing a lot of success.
To my surprise Bovada decided to LOCK my account. I was in utter shock as I have always been a fair player and have never done anything against their rules. It’s been a few days and I’ve tried everything under the sun to get in contact with Bovada. Every time I talk to a live chat employee at Bovada they tell me basically the same thing “we can’t help you you just need to wait for an email that gives you an update on your account.” I’ve tried calling them, nobody answers. I’ve emailed them, nobody responds. There is nobody to contact and I am deathly afraid that they have stolen my money..
Please help me get my money back.
