Hello! Just want to start this off with I'm not upset. I made a withdrawal via crypto on Bovada on January 23rd, 2023. I didn't know that I had received an email asking for verification an hour after requesting this withdrawal. The next day I try to log into my Bovada account and it had been disabled. I believe I wasn't able to verify my identification in a timely manner so Bovada disabled my account for security reasons. I've since emailed verification@bovada.lv and the investigation team both my government ID and a selfie and received an email stating 'Thank you for submitting to us your documentation.' on January 24th, 2023. This post is merely to show that cases get resolved and using this to gauge the timeline of getting my account reenabled. Hope to be back into my account before Sunday football!

I have scheduled a phone call with Bovada in the next 24-48 hours. I'm hopeful I will get my account back in the next couple days. Will be sure to update here when that happens
