I'm writing to submit a complaint relating to Bovada's verification process. I was advised the verification process would take approximately 24-48 hours, however, it has been a week since the inception of the verification request and submitted documents.
I have submitted all of the required information which includes a photo of my government ID, and my face to go with it. I reviewed Bovada's Terms of Service and did not see how I could have possibly breached their contract.
The only thing that had me wondering was if a resident who previously lived at the property I live in used Bovada as well and it triggered their security software. As of today, I am the sole resident of the property I live in.
I'm hoping to receive some form of assistance.
