I had signed up for Bovada casino and after making a deposit I won big. Everything was fine until I tried to withdraw money because the next day my account was disabled. I reached out to the casino and kept getting a runaround and that it was normal and they needed to verify my identity. I sent my ID with all of the requirements they had asked for and waited. Days turned into weeks and over a month and every time I reached out I would get a generic response. When I called the customer service number it states they are not taking calls however my brother also uses the site and when he calls he is able to get through to someone. He submitted his ID and was verified within the day. Granted he didnt win anything yet I did. I'm at my wits end i have a good amount of money in this not to mention the bitcoin payments. Bovada has refused to answer any questions and ghosted me at this point. I'm really not sure what to do now. I am just trying to either get my account active or withdraw my funds. I have made multiple attempts to reach out which I have documented. I read through their policy and terms and i have not violated any of it.

First off let me say this has been a terrible experience minus the few representatives via chat from bovada. I finally heard back and was told i violated some term and condition which i dont believe is accurate after reading it. I am however able to withdraw my funds and submitted the request to take them out so barring any other issues i at least am getting my money back
