Hi,

I've tried contacting customer service via chat numerous amounts of times and a phone call. Each representative has given me different answers and excuses as to why I have not been paid.

Ive been told more than 3 times that my withdrawal request was escalated. The time frame I was given was 24-48 hours but it is now much longer than that as it is approaching day 4. I was even told by one representative that he/she got in contact with the withdrawal department and that I should see a change in 20 minutes regarding my withdrawal that was under review. If I didn't, I should reach back out. I did and I was told that withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are made and according the time frame of 24-48 hours (which is inaccurate.) As you see, I was lead to believe that a change could be made instantly but it was not.

Im confused, been given the runaround, the information that Bovada gives is inaccurate and I just want to be paid. This is literally my first time betting online and I don't even feel like I will receive the money I won. I don't understand why the money is being withheld.

I requested the money on 12/15 and their bitcoin payout is 24-48 hours. Im well past the 48 hour mark and about to head into day 4 with them with holding $1,586 from me. I just want the money that I won in the time frame that I was told. I don't want to be mislead any longer.

Please help me resolve this matter

It is now going on day 5 and Bovada is still telling me that it is taking 24-48 hours for my withdrawal to be reviewed.
